Dhoni's Ranchi house attacked for the 5th time-

Dhoni's residence has been attacked many times in the past Ranchi: The 4th ODI between India and Australia might have been washed out by rains, but it was Dhoni’s residence that paid the price.

The Indian skipper’s house in Ranchi was pelted with stones last night. No one was hurt in the sudden attack as Dhoni’s whole family was at the JSCA stadium where Dhoni was leading ‘Team India’ against the Aussies.
According to the Times of India, the stones were thrown on the front portion of Dhoni’s house, in Harmu Housing colony. The large tinted glass cover in the frontage was shattered because of the stone pelting.

Dhoni’s family came to know about the incident only when they reached home, though the security guards had no idea of what had happened as they didn’t come across noise of any kind.

Dhoni's family members have denied that the incident had anything to do with the match result. Dhoni’s bother-in-law Gautam Gupta said, “ It is the fifth time that the house was attacked and unless we verify the CCTV footages we are not going to accuse anyone blindly”.

Gupta has asked the district administration to be more alert and said that an FIR would be lodged as soon as the footages are verified.
